Complaints

Weeroona ensures that each person receiving support services is free to raise and have resolved any complaints or disputes he or she may have regarding the service or staff.

Individuals and families/carers have the right to complain about the service they are receiving without fear of retribution and can expect all complaints to be dealt with fairly, promptly and in a confidential manner.

Weeroona has a Complaints procedure that lists the steps to take to resolve a complaint or dispute. A Coordinator can be contacted at any time for information and support about this process.

Individuals/families can nominate a support person of their choice to assist with any complaint.
