Families/individuals receiving support services from Weeroona have the Right to:

• Feel valued
• Be treated with Respect and Dignity
• Privacy and Confidentiality
• Make a complaint or suggestion without fear of retribution
• An Advocate/Person of choice to act on their behalf
• Choice and informed decision-making

Families/individuals also have the Responsibility to:

• Treat staff with respect and courtesy
• Provide staff with a safe working environment
• Accept their role in any decision-making
