Your Rights and Responsibilities
Clients/families receiving support services from Weeroona have the RIGHT to:
- Feel valued and respected at all times
- Have choice and informed decision-making regarding supports
- Privacy and Confidentiality regarding all their information
- Be able to make a complaint or express a concern without fear of retribution
- Have an Advocate or support person act on their behalf
Clients/families are RESPONSIBILE for:
- Treating staff with respect and courtesy always
- Providing staff with a safe working environment
- Accept staff’s role in any decision making
- Respect a staff member’s privacy
