Support Coordination
Navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Our Support Coordination team is here to help you make the most of your plan by understanding your funding, connecting with the right services, and building the confidence to manage your supports effectively. We work alongside you to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and create a network of supports that aligns with your goals, ensuring you have the knowledge and guidance needed to make informed decisions and achieve the outcomes that matter most to you and your family.

We create opportunities for you to pursue your interests, discover new passions, and be part of a vibrant community where you can thrive.
QUALITY | RESPECT | INCLUSION
BUILDING OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH INCLUSIVE SUPPORT AND QUALITY PARTNERSHIPS
The name Weeroona was chosen from Aboriginal language and means ‘Resting Place’ to reflect a place where people with disability and their families can come and take a breath and receive support.
At Weeroona, we acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present.
